How do I book?

Let's get in touch! Please make a submission through the 'Contact Us' tab here on the website and we'll get back to ya as soon as possible!

What is included?

When you book The Barn in Old Paradise you have access to the Big Barn, the Little Barn, catering kitchen, and the prettiest little bride's room you ever did see. Also included is the use of 100 white folding chairs and 15 banquet (rectangular) tables, which seat 8-10.

Can we serve alcohol at our event?

Sorry. We do not permit alcohol.  We can't have the neighbors feeling too bad that they're missing out on your lively party!

What about pricing?

Pricing starts at $2500. We require a $1000 NON-refundable deposit which secures your date and goes toward your total payment.

How long do we have access to the barn and other facilities with rental?

Your party has access to all facilities from 10am to 10pm or 9am to 9pm.  Plenty of time to cut the cake and cut a rug! But remember to budget your time within these constraints for your set up, take down, and clean up!

What is NOT included?

We do not provide linens or décor.
Your party is responsible for setup, take down, and cleanup. Most events are full of helpful family and friends. Helping hands make it quick and easy work!

Do you have a sound system?

We have a portable loudspeaker and microphone which suits the needs of most of our guests which you are welcome to use. As a heads up, music must be off by 9:00 pm. We'll make sure to let your sound person know in case they forget :)

Do you have restrooms?

You bet your bottom we do! Don't worry, Grandma wont have to make her way in and out of a stinky outhouse. And all your guests will be able to hygienically wash their hands before returning to the party.

What is the capacity of the barn?

The Big Barn has a capacity of 140 seated and the little barn 50. We also have an outdoor patio area that connects the two which is a great flex space. You may choose to combine all of the event space or to use each individually. Its up to you!

Is The Barn in Old Paradise a seasonal venue? What months are you open?

Yes our venue is seasonal. Our dreamy barn is an authentic agricultural structure- a real barn!- built from 100 year old plans. As such, it is not equipped with heat or AC.  We're open May - mid October (all the best months for weddings)!

Can I bring in different or additional chairs and/or tables and furniture?

Absolutely! We're not about to limit your seating and décor options!

Am I required to use certain vendors if I book The Barn in Old Paradise for my event?

The only vendors we restrict are DJs (DJ are NOT permitted).  Your options for food, decor, photo, and everything else are endless!
